Driving adoption

Measure how the team actually works, find the leverage, run small trials, and count the results.

Bringing a team along is a measurement problem before it is an evangelism problem. Find out how people actually work today, where the friction lives, and who is already quietly ahead, and design the survey so busy people finish it: short, concrete, shaped to surface both the opportunities and the outliers. The goal is a map of leverage, not a referendum on enthusiasm.

Then run adoption the way this canon runs everything: small trials, counted results, structural fixes. Pick the workflow where the machine demonstrably saves hours, instrument it, and let the numbers recruit. The people the survey surfaced as natural bridges become the pilots; their wins become the playbook; the playbook becomes the rollout. Mandates create compliance. Measurements create converts.
